Longs Hotel & Inn, Woburn

The hotel room was one of the worst looking I have stayed in despite being clean, with uncomfortable beds and worn-out decor. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with local knowledge. The location is perfect for visiting Woburn Safari Park but can be noisy. The dining experience had some unexpected surprises, and the facilities were basic.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, right in the center of Woburn, which is a delightful village. However, the noise from the nearby road affected my sleep. The rooms were quite a letdown, with old decorations and worn-out carpets, although some views were pleasant. The service was friendly and welcoming, but a bit slow in some areas. The dining options were disappointing, especially breakfast. Overall, an average stay with some highs and lows.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The room was very comfortable, but it could have used an easy chair for watching TV. The hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment, which might bring more improvements in the future. The service provided by the staff was the highlight of my stay, although there was a small issue with a car parked in a way that obstructed the walkway. The location was superb, especially for visiting Woburn Abbey and the deer park nearby. The dining experience was nice overall, although the size was smaller than expected. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
